We’re Interviewing for the following full-time candidates:

Project Manager:

Position Summary:

Manages design/build, construction management or construct-only projects from project assignment through completion. Provide oversight for all phases of construction projects, including direct supervision and coordination of employees, subcontractors, other construction related personnel, material & equipment, while achieving consistent, high quality standards in safety and the construction process through occupancy. Expertise in managing resources including budgets, schedules, reports and documentation, meetings, applicable building codes and required OSHA and state-level agencies’ regulations. May be responsible for managing concurrently more than one project.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field required.
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in construction management, including a thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (estimating, contract writing, construction methods, engineering, equipment, technology, safety, etc.).
• Wood frame experience required.
• Commercial Construction – Senior Living, Hospitality, Mutli-Family experience preferred.
• Familiarity/Proficiency with P6, PlanGrid, BuildingConnected is a PLUS.

Superintendent:

Position Summary:

Manages all functions of the job site as it relates to construction; providing hands-on field supervision for site operations including direct supervision of assistants, subcontractors, vendors, craftsmen, and other construction related personnel. Directs trades in planning coordination and execution of work on time and within budget while achieving consistent, high quality standards of workmanship and safety practices.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Four (4) year degree in building construction or related field of study; or two to four years related experience and/or training; r equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Senior Living, Hospitality and Multi-Family experience preferred.
• Wood-frame experience required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of applicable construction experience required.
• Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience in a construction environment.
• Current First Aid, CPR & OSHA Certification preferred.
