Founded in 2007 by Gregg Munn and Todd Zona, Integrated Construction has built Senior Living Facilities and Hotels, with a primary focus in the senior living sector and the vastly growing hospitality sector. These projects have ranged from the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and the Southeast areas. In 2012, Integrated expanded the team and added a Hospitality Division creating a new sector to pursue and build extended stay Hotels.
In 2024, Gregg and Todd officially retired from Integrated’s headquarters in Jacksonville, FL., maintaining positions on IC’s Board of Directors and effectively promoting Justin Beebe from President to CEO and Jeff Miles from Executive Vice President to COO.
To date, Integrated’s Team has built 3,248 Beds and 3,024,757 sq. ft. of combined Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care Facilities; and 5,954 Rooms and 2,726,066 sq. ft. of Hotels. Integrated’s current ‘under construction” pipeline adds 248 Beds and 193,268 sq. ft. of combined Senior Living Facilities; and 1,160 Rooms and 459,581 sq. ft. of Hotel construction.
JUSTIN R. BEEBE, CEO
Justin has over 25 years of Construction Management and Design Build in hospitality, multifamily, healthcare, hospital, retirement, commercial and condominium projects. His extensive knowledge and experience are a balance of on-site assignments as well as project management responsibilities across the project life cycle. Prior to Integrated, Justin’s portfolio of new construction totaled $223,530,000. Since joining IC in 2012, he has performed roles of President, Vice President, Project Manager, and Project Engineer, procuring $455,152,143 in contracted, new build construction. Justin graduated from Murray State University with a B.A in Economics.
As CEO of Integrated, Justin oversees all phases of the daily operations of the company, emphasizing Business Development and Client Relations. His direct involvement includes proposal preparation, managing design and development, generating cost analysis, preconstruction planning and estimating, operations and sequencing, establishing purchase controls, and monitoring quality, safety, and delivery. Justin’s honesty, proficient and no-nonsense communication style builds authentic connections with clients, while his daily leadership providing support, resources, and facilitating effective solutions for the team continues to influence by example.
JEFF MILES, COO
Jeff has over 24 years of Construction Management and Design Build experience in the construction industry providing management services on a variety of projects throughout the Southeastern United States. He has performed roles of Executive Vice President of Operations, Director of Operations, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager and Project Engineer since graduating with honors from the University of Florida in 1999.
As COO of Integrated, Jeff leads Operations, Safety, Training, and QA/QC across the company while monitoring and securing the successes of our Projects. He oversees contract preparation, material procurement, subcontractor qualifications, work in progress reports, safety practices, and compliance adherence. Jeff provides hands-on support to all daily activities, providing clear and open communication with all project stakeholders, concise documentation, risk mitigation and responsive action to challenges.
