Congratulations to Robbie Brown and Sean McCarthy for being promoted to Senior Project Manager!

Sean joined Integrated in March of 2016 and currently leads WoodSpring Suites’ projects in Morrisville, NC. and Smyrna, TN. Always available to support others and provide solutions, Sean’s example of leadership resonates with everyone.

Robbie came on board September of 2017 and recently began closeout procedures for the Sparta-Alleghany House ALF while managing the beginning phases of sitework at Mariner’s Village, Atlantic Beach. There’s no ‘quit’ in Robbie and no comparison for his mentor-style; he shares his knowledge and experience for everyone’s benefit.

Integrated Construction breaks ground in The Lone Star State!!
We’re proud to share our partnership with stayAPT Suites and ground-breaking in Webster, Texas, approximately 21 miles from Houston. This is Integrated’s first project west of the Mississippi and with stayAPT Suites’ beautiful, residential-feeling interior space and refreshing outdoor courtyard areas.

stayAPT Suites recently debuted their long-term lodging prototype with a unique take on modern amenities and one-of-a-kind signature floor plan in North Carolina. Integrated Construction will manage new construction of the three story, 76 unit development with an estimated completion forecast of Fall, 2021.
