Gregg Munn and Todd Zona founded Integrated Construction in early 2007 after having successfully worked together for over 15 years for one of the nation’s largest design-build firms. Since 2007, Integrated Construction has built Senior Living Facilities and Hotels– with a primary focus in the senior living sector and a vastly growing hospitality sector. These projects have ranged from the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and the Southeast areas. From 2007-2012, Integrated Construction specialized in Senior Living Facilities building mostly in the mountainous Southeast/Mid-Atlantic Region. In 2012, Integrated expanded the team and added a Hospitality Division creating a new sector to pursue and build Hotels. So far, Integrated’s Team has built 2,346-Beds and 1,415,601 sq. ft. of combined Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independents Living and Memory Care Facilities; and 1,067- Rooms and 445,907 sq. ft. of Hotels.



Gregg A. Munn, Chief Executive Officer

Gregg has over 25 years of nationwide design-build and construction management experience in all types of senior living projects, with budgets ranging from $1 million to $21 million per project. Additionally, Gregg has experience in the hospitality, healthcare and multi-family industries.

As CEO, he is responsible for setting and implementing the strategic direction of the corporation. His vision for our firm is to deliver the highest standards of service and high-quality projects to assist our clients in achieving their business objectives. Gregg received a B.S. degree in Production & Operations Management from Old Dominion University – 1981.

Todd B. Zona, Chief Operating Officer

Todd has over 30 years of nationwide construction management experience in projects ranging from $1 million to $59 million. His extensive experience includes all types of senior living projects from assisted living to full-service continuing care retirement communities, hospitals, government, office, retail, and multi-family.

As COO, Todd manages all phases of construction from project inception to completion, including project management, estimating and pricing, project safety, operations and sequencing, project schedules and timelines, and establishing purchase controls. He monitors the timely procurement of materials, manages owner-generated scope changes, and coordinates subcontracted trades.

Todd served in the U.S. Army from 1980-1984 and was based in Heidelberg, Germany.
